KidzCraft is a family run business created when my own children were small and I was struggling to find creative ideas for birthday parties. We had done the soft play party, the party entertainer, the fairy party, the safari park party etc, I wanted something different for the children to have fun with at home. So, KidzCraft was born back in 2003.
My kids are no longer kids, but we still love to source and create fun creative children’s party ideas for other parents to enjoy with their kids.
HOW TO ORDER
Quick and easy online ordering 24 hours a day. On completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from KidzCraft and a payment confirmation email from PayPal.
Your order will be processed and shipped as quick as possible, the same or next day.

DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS
If you have unfortunately received damaged goods please call us on 01392 926765. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced by KidzCraft. Please advise us within 14 working days of receipt of your order. Goods lost in transit will be replaced by KidzCraft. Please advise us within 14 days of placing your order.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you wish to return any part of your order, simply call us on 01392 926765 and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less P&P costs.
Return postage costs to be paid by the customer.
All items returned must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
When returning products please include your Name, Order Number or if possible a copy of the Invoice with the items.
