Quick and easy online ordering 24 hours a day.  On completion of your order, you will receive an email as confirmation including your order number so you can track your order via our website.

Rest assured that you can only buy if stock is available, the shop will tell you if a product has insufficient stock which means what you do buy will be delivered to you.

DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY - 3 to 5 working days
EXPRESS DELIVERY - 1 to 2 working days

PLEASE NOTE:  Your order may be sent via Business Post Couriers and thus  a signature will be required on delivery.  If you think you may be out, please include instructions for delivery when placing your order in the Delivery Instructions Box at Checkout.  E.G.

A    An alternative address e.g. work, family, friend
B    Leave with neighbour
C    Leave somewhere safe e.g garden shed, at back door, in recycling box, outbuilding, garage

This information will help to ensure a speedy delivery of your order!  Please note, parcels will be left following your instructions at your own risk.  KidzCraft does not take any responsibility for any loss of goods once delivered.

KidzCraft will do everything possible to ensure delivery.  However, where customers give incorrect address details such as an incorrect postcode, which results in a delivery failure and the parcel being returned to KidzCraft, the cost of the delivery and return will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

EXPRESS ORDERS

Express Orders received by 13:00 will be despatched same day.  
Express Orders received after 13:00 will be despatched the following day.

DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced by KidzCraft.  Please advise us within 7 working days of receipt of your order.  Goods lost in transit will be replaced by KidzCraft.  Please advise us within 14 days of placing your order.

RETURNING GOODS

We hope you are happy with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less P&P costs.

Return postage costs to be paid by the customer.

All items returned must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
